LONELY GIRL, STRANGE BOY
Summary: Jeff's strange but really nice and hot. Natalie is the girl with the
sad eyes behind the small country town bar. When her tires get slashed, Jeff
offers her a ride home, but does she want him to go once they're there? Happy
B'day Nine.
Sorry that this is very late, but I had a bad writer's block. Next one-shot goes
to Angel for her b'day so look out for that one, then will come Hatter's as
promised. Hope you all enjoy.
He'd never missed a night. Since he'd left the WWE, he had come here each night,
just to watch her. Usually the gang, or some of them were with him. Tonight
however, he was on his own. He sat, at the far end of the bar, watching her as
she bustled around up the other end, expertly serving up drinks for the bunch of
bikers playing pool. The place may only be small but it was generally packed.
Tonight, a game was playing on the big screen and so most of the town were here
to watch it and wind down after work. He could barely believe that she had let
the other worker, some weedy little barely legal guy, go about three hours ago
when he'd said he had a date. Jeff took a sip from his beer and cast his eyes
over her as she hurried around like he had done so many times before.
She was about five foot four inches in height as far as he'd averaged her off
to. A thick mop of short and very choppy black hair with one single strip of
bright red through it; her face was pale and porcelain like- she looked like she
had a mixed background, her lips were full and looked nice without any lipstick
on them. A set of small nautical stars that were black and red covered the right
side of her neck. She always had ample cleavage revealed by one of her v-neck
button downs that she were beneath a black vest with silver studs. The three
quarter sleeves revealed a tattooed left forearm and a right arm with a wrist
band tattooed round the pale skin that was partially hidden by a ton of silver
bracelets. Short black nails stood out against her skin and Jeff always believed
from the first time he'd seen her that she could be one of those Suicide girl
models. Her hips were full and well-rounded. The rest of her was also nice but
what he liked most was her lips. He always resisted the urge to run his finger
over the full pout that she had, resisted kissing them and tasting her.
He mentally chastised himself for thinking the way he was.
"Can I get ya another?"
Jeff came back to reality at the soft voice and realised Natalie now stood in
front of him, a little flushed and clearly running on her last legs.
"Can I get-"
"Can ya see, I'm serving another customer at the moment. Wait your turn?" she
cut the man off and Jeff smiled slightly before finishing off his beer and
handing her the bottle.
"Love one."
Jeff was still thee at close to one in the morning and he watched as Natalie
cleaned the last table in the corner, and the last group had finished at a few
minutes ago. She straightened, cracking her back with a groan and heeled off an
uncomfortable looking pair of shoes. Turning around, she stopped seeing that he
was sitting at the bar still.
"That safe to do?" he mused, pointing his finger at her bare feet.
She smiled slightly. "No bottles got dropped so yeah it is," she told him while
walking round the bar. "So why are you still here? Usually by 12:30, nearly
everyone's gone."
"You looked like you could do with a hand at cleaning," he replied with a casual
shrug. Natalie only stared increduously back at him.
"Whoa! Jeff hardy is offering to help me clean up?"
He nodded while standing up from the stool. "I'm not taking no for an answer
either Natalie. Now, where is the broom?"
Jeff had completely swept the bar from the front door out to the back as Natalie
finished putting away glasses, putting chairs up and such. They hadn't spoken
since she'd handed him the broom before turning up the stereo. He turned to look
at her as she muttered to herself as she fumbled with the keys, trying to find
the right one.
He told her to hand them over and asked what it looked like. "It has BD on it.
For back door," she told him as he flicked through the large chain of them.
Finally finding the right one, he put it in the lock and turned it, gratefully
to hear the click. Turning round as Natalie took the keys back, he saw that the
only other vehicle in the area was actually a large American Chopper.
Jeff smirked as she straddled the thing while he walked round to unlock his car
thinking about how good it would feel to have her doing that to him in a much
more intimate way. What he heard coming from her mouth next surprised him.
"Fucking jerk punk ass kids! You would think that they would slash the tires of
a car over a bike, right? How many more times am I gonna get this done in one
month?" she muttered, talking to herself more than she was him.
Jeff glanced from where he was watching her rear end quite happily to the grim
look on her face and suddenly felt a wave of guilt wash over him. "Hop in."
She looked over at him incredulously. "What?"
"Hop. In," he repeated much slower this time.
Natalie looked from her slashed bike tires to his car and sighed before climbing
off it. Jeff put his hands up on the top of the car as she made to open the
door. "Look- I'm not expecting anything out of this. I'm just doing a good deed.
Before you think I'm some-"
"Some what? Perverted twit who expects me to give him head because he gave me a
ride home?" Jeff lifted one eyebrow quizzically at her and she shrugged
slightly. "I have a very active imagination."
"Well, yeah that about sums up what I was going to say," he chuckled.
"Don't worry. I don't think you're the type of guy who would take advantage of
such a situation," she remarked, slipping into the car seat.
Jeff ducked his head in and said he'd be right back. Natalie watched as he moved
her bike into a hidden corner where no one else would be able to find it. As he
did, Natalie watched his biceps bulged slightly as he moved the bike, swallowing
slightly. Jeff Hardy. She slunk into her seat slightly as she watched him. Oh
she knew all about him. His new haircut was quite different to what she expected
after hearing word of his new do. The short and full black hair was quite suited
to him. Scratch that it was damn hot on him. Made him look more rugged and mean.
She had wanted to ruffle his hair and make him smile like a little cheeky boy
whenever she'd come up to him tonight, just to see those gorgeous hazel eyes
sparkle in laughter. Oh god what the hell was she thinking?
Natalie's place was much different to what he expected as he pulled into the
driveway, tripping a sensor light. The house was modest in size, enough for her
plus a few extra additions if she ever had any and the front yard was nice and
clean. Not something he expected of a woman who clearly looked like she would be
right at home in some high modern tech apartment with some rich lawyer partner
who didn't truly know how special of a woman he had.
He cut the ignition and followed her up to the porch. Natalie turned to Jeff as
she reached the front door and found him standing on the second last step. He
looked up at her and Natalie felt like she was drowning in a pair of crystal
balls nearly at the strong gaze he held on her."Look- thank you for helping me."
Jeff lifted one shoulder. "How are ya getting to work?" he asked suddenly.
Natalie glanced at him. "Well- uh- this neighborhood is much safer of a day and
I certainly need the exercise," she remarked, patting her hips. Jeff chuckled
slightly just before he came up the steps and leaned in close to her.
"I don't think you need to lose any weight," he commented and tentatively
reached out to touch her cheek. "I think you look perfect the way you are."
Natalie, despite her mind's protest to doing so, leaned into his caress and shut
her eyes slightly. It'd been so long since any man had ever touched her gently
like this and meant it to. "Thank you," she whispered. Feeling him move, she
opened her eyes to find him really close to her, his head bowed to hers. "Come
inside?"
"You sure?"
Natalie trembled as his lips brushed hers like a shadow and she nodded against
him. "Yeah, I am."
They both wanted only one thing tonight and that one thing led them both
straight to her bedroom. She stopped in the doorway, suddenly afraid of the
reason why she wanted this to happen. She was lonely. Her life had and always
was loveless. Lifeless. When she'd first seen Jeff he had smiled at her without
really needing a reason to and it had made her immediately adore him. But then
he'd just been quiet, drinking away up one end of the bar alone.
"Why do want this, Jeff?" she asked to him, glancing over her shoulder at him.
He had tossed his coat onto the back of the lounge as he had followed her down
the tiny hallway and to her room. "You only came for the drinks."
Jeff stepped up behind her, his lips pursed as he let his hand softly trail over
her fingers, which were wrapped white knuckled round the frame of the door, and
up her arm. "You know, I didn't come back for the drinks. I came for the view.
Every gesture, every movement that you make, makes me feel like never before."
He felt her shiver beneath his touch as he spoke and smiled.
"The view? A bunch of rowdy drunks, lonely miners, men trying to escape a
nagging wife? Not much of a view if you ask me." She was playing and he knew it,
he could see her lips curve up slightly as she spoke and her voice was laced
with mirth. Her eyes however, he couldn't see.
Forcing her to turn round and face him, Jeff watched her as she smiled down at
the ground. "That view is nothing compared to the beauty behind the bar." Her
pale cheeks visibly turned a deep shade of reed.
"Me? Beautiful? That's a load of BS, Hardy," she told him, almost like she was
challenging him to a fight of wits. Jeff, however, wasn't after a fight of wits,
he was after something much more fulfilling.
He wrapped his hand round the back of her neck just before he sealed her lips in
a searing hot kiss. Natalie hadn't been expecting it and so she had tensed up
slightly. As Jeff's kiss grew more passionate and demanding with each passing
second, Natalie curled her fingers into his shirt.
With skilled fingers, he peeled off her vest and button down, leaving her in
only her jeans and the lacy light pink push-up. She was generally a self
consciousness woman but when Jeff's eyes raked over her, she could hardly care.
Their mouths met again and he pushed her back into the wall.
Not once did he break the kiss with her as he ran his hands across her lower
back and up her spine. If left a trail of molten fire behind on her skin and
Natalie only wanted more. More of the kiss. More of the man who had been
shockingly wanting her for quite some time. Finding the end of his t-shirt, she
ripped it up over his head and tossed it across the room. Her fingers danced
from his lower back and up, feeling the strong cords of muscle tense beneath the
pads of her fingers just before she dug her nails into his shoulder blades.
Hearing him growl and kiss her more feverishly only urge Natalie to drag her
nails down slightly, breaking his skin. He hissed as his skin broke beneath her
torture but felt more pleasure than he did pain from the cuts.
His teeth sunk into her neck, leaving love bites across her shoulder as he
reached down and started to undo her belt. He couldn't however. Believe it or
not but Jeff's hands were trembling really bad. "Natalie."
She took hold of his hands, seeing how he was shaking. "Jeff, what's wrong?"
Glancing at her, Jeff leaned in close. "I want you so bad," he growled.
Natalie smiled, biting her lip and shying back a little. "Who's holding you
back?"
He smiled and reached down, taking those delicious thighs in his hands and
lifting her up. Turning for the bed, Jeff felt Natalie's lips close to his ear
and her hands running down his chest, teasing him.
Putting her down on the bed, Jeff looked up at her, trailing his fingers up her
stomach and over her breasts. Jeff was an attentive lover. He always paid close
attention to women when in bed. Made them feel like they were the only woman in
the world.
He wanted Natalie to feel ten times that but he was somewhat nervous. With
Natalie, Jeff was so in need of her that he felt like his entire body was on
fire.
Watching her eyes shut as he brushed his thumbs over her nipples through the
material of her bra, he smiled. Reaching round he undid her bra and slowly slid
it down her arms. As she made to cover her chest, Jeff stopped her and leaned
forward, catching one pert bud between his lips and laving his tongue over it.
Her fingers combed through his short hair as she moaned softly.
Taking her belt in his hands, Jeff quickly pulled it out and stripped her of the
remainder of her clothes. He watched her lay down and he started to undo his
jeans. "Jeff, please hurry up."
Despite how he was hasting, he smiled at her. "Patience is a virtue, sweet
thing." Sliding the rest of his clothes off, Jeff slowly climbed up the bed, one
hand trailing up her leg as he did, and over her, settling between her legs.
"Screw patience," she muttered back as her legs hooked round his hips.
He chuckled, kissing her softly. "Mm, I think we have tomorrow morning."
She watched him quietly as she slid her hands up his arms and down into the
light scattering of hair on his chest. "I'll make sure you'll be able to walk in
the morning. Can't have you not at the bar," he mused and she laughed slightly
before sobering.
"Jeff, no more talking." He grinned and leaned in to kiss her. The first thrust
had Natalie moaning softly and Jeff shutting his eyes in complete nirvana. How
long had it been since he'd had sex? A few weeks.
Sweat built up on them as they both moved together. Natalie couldn't help the
noises that escaped her as Jeff tortured her with slow, purposeful movements.
Her fingers followed every curve, every mark, every inch of muscle and skin that
she could reach. The coiling that had started to build in her core at an
agonizingly slow pace now pounded in her belly, her ears and made her feel dizzy
as Jeff bruised her mouth in a searing kiss.
The alarm clock blared in her ears from the bedside table as it turned over to
eight o'clock. Groaning, she reached over and hit snooze. As it went quiet, she
heard snoring from the other side of the bed. Lifting up off her stomach,
Natalie glanced over. It hadn't been a dream! But she- wait- then that meant-
"I slept with Jeff Hardy," she muttered in realization and dropped her head
forward.
The bed moved suddenly and she found a weight baring down on her back.
"Correction darlin'," the deep voice mumbled into her ear, "You not only slept
with me, you also fucked me." He was straight to the point there. Lips pressed
softly to the base of her neck as he leaned more of his weight down on her. She
trembled. "You aren't having regrets are ya?"
Natalie shook her head and rolled over. "I- I just wasn't expecting you to still
be here."
He combed a hand through her hair. "Why not?"
"I thought I was dreaming last night," she admitted.
He chuckled and rolled them over, folding his hands behind his head. "I'm 100%
real, babe," he commented rather proudly. "I must be a regular occurrence in
these dreams of yours."
"You might be," she replied, lifting one shoulder while slowly trailing her
fingers down his chest lightly, almost teasingly.
Natalie didn't know why she felt so comfortable but when it came time to go, she
truly wished time could just freeze. Jeff was quiet as he drove her to work and
Natalie realised that last night hadn't been anything special for him. He'd just
needed a girl and she'd been convenient.
When he cut the ignition in the car park, Natalie glanced across at him
nervously. "Thanks Jeff," she said after a moment, smiling at him as she made to
open the door. He turned her suddenly and pulled her into a passionate kiss. She
leaned into it and when he pulled back, she slowly opened her eyes. "See ya
tonight, sweet thing."
As she climbed out of the car and headed up the few steps to the backdoor, she
took a glance behind her to find him watching her, a very cheeky and boyish
smile on his lips. Giving a brief wave, unsure of what else to do, she
disappeared inside and shut the door. She heard the car start up. Heard him pull
out onto the road and drive off and at that moment she knew what her problem
was.
She was in love with Jeff Hardy.
